Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it usually take to get my order?
We aim to create and dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days. After your order has been dispatched, if you have chosen standard delivery, Royal Mail usually takes 2-5 working days. If you have chosen Express Tracked, it should be with you within 24 hours after your dispatch date.
Choosing Express 24 Hour Tracked delivery does NOT mean you will receive your order 24 hours after purchase, it is 24 hours FROM dispatch. All orders still need to be created & packaged (we dispatch on a first come first served basis to stay fair).
For Mystery Bundles, the dispatch times are usually between 2-7 working days, due to them being personalised and taking extra work & time.
For international orders please allow an additional 8-12 working days. Please bear in mind that some international orders take up to a month to arrive.
*Please also note that due to us being such a small team, the 1-5 working day dispatch period may increase during particularly busy periods, for example launches or product drops.*

When will mystery bundles be restocked?
We aim to restock Mystery Bundles in very limited quantities at given times throughout the year. All updates will always be posted to social media, so make sure you're following @calmoverchaos.ltd on Instagram and TikTok :) Alternatively, you can turn on restock notifications from the Mystery Bundle product page by clicking the 'Notify Me' button.

What's the difference between a standard colouring book and a care package?
A standard colouring book is exactly that - it comes by itself. The care package also includes chocolate, tea or hot chocolate and a face mask - just a few extras to really help you relax.

I have allergies / dietary requirements - can you switch out the chocolate?
The vegan bars are dairy free, gluten free, egg free and nut free so a great alternative for those of us with allergies/ dietary requirements!

Do the books / care packages come with pens?
No, all pens are an add on item and do not automatically come with the books. If you would like pens with your order please choose that option at checkout.

Are the books eco-friendly?
Yes! This is super important to us. The books are made out of 100% recycled materials (and eco friendly inks). They're also made out of 170gsm, thick card so that your pens won't leak through to the next side!

What are the best pens to use in the books?
Any water-based felt tips are perfect. Alcohol markers aren't ideal as they're not actually designed for normal paper - they're designed to be used on wood / plastic / specially coated bleedproof paper. Any questions feel free to email support@calmoverchaos.co.uk

What is your returns policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be in perfect condition in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be given only if the packaging is unbroken or the product is faulty. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Mystery Bundles:
Due to the nature of Mystery Bundles, we can only accept returns if your order is damaged. Swaps for different products are not accepted - if you hope to receive a specific product, we recommend ordering that product from the shop, as the mystery bundles are just that - a mystery :)
